Sol-Ark is an American hybrid inverter manufacturer founded in 2013 and headquartered in Allen, Texas, building all-in-one units for the North American 120/240 V split-phase market. Its inverters combine grid-tie operation, battery storage and off-grid backup in one enclosure with a built-in 200 A grid pass-through, so a whole house can run through the unit without a separate transfer switch. The flagship 15K-2P-N delivers 15 kW of continuous AC power from up to 19.5 kW of PV spread across three MPPT trackers, each accepting two strings at up to 500 V and 26 A. Sol-Ark equipment is certified to UL 1741-SB and IEEE 1547, works with open battery protocols from most major LiFePO4 makers, and is widely used for whole-home backup and off-grid installations.
