Hevel Group, founded in 2009 with a module plant in Novocheboksarsk, was Russia's first large-scale solar module manufacturer and switched its line to heterojunction (HJT) cell technology in 2017. The HVL series of n-type HJT modules, such as the 72-cell HVL-375/HJT, was widely installed in residential and utility projects across Russia and the CIS through the early 2020s. HJT construction gives these modules a low temperature coefficient of power (−0.31%/°C) and solid low-light performance. The brand is no longer sold on new European markets, but HVL modules are still common in existing installations and on the second-hand market, so their specifications remain relevant for replacement and compatibility checks.
Legacy Russian manufacturer of n-type HJT solar modules (HVL series), common in existing CIS installations.
