KOSTAL Solar Inverters

KOSTAL Solar Electric is a German manufacturer of single-phase and three-phase photovoltaic inverters, headquartered in Freiburg im Breisgau and part of the KOSTAL Group founded in 1912. The PLENTICORE G3 platform is a hybrid inverter family available in S, M, and L power classes spanning 4.0–20 kW with three independent MPP trackers, a wide 75–900 V working range, and an optional activatable battery input for high-voltage lithium storage. All G3 models support backup operation via an external transfer switch, Modbus/SunSpec TCP for SmartHome integration, and the KOSTAL Solar Portal for plant monitoring. KOSTAL Solar Electric holds VDE-AR-N 4105/4110, EN 50549-1, G98/G99 and numerous international grid certifications, and backs its inverters with a 10-year Smart Warranty (5+5) registrable via the KOSTAL Solar Webshop.
