Solinteg is a newcomer by inverter standards. Wuxi Solinteg Power Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2022 with a focus on hybrid inverters and energy storage, from small homes to commercial sites. Its main manufacturing base is in Wuxi, China, within reach of the ports of Shanghai and Ningbo, and at launch it set a target of 10 GW of annual production capacity by 2025.
Early on, Solinteg opened offices in Singapore, Germany and Australia and partnered with a distributor in South Africa. Its stated target markets are Germany, the US, Australia, Japan, Italy and Spain, with South Africa and Brazil as growth markets.
The Integ M family is the core: single- and three-phase hybrid inverters from 3 to 50 kW for homes and businesses, sold alongside Solinteg’s own battery storage systems.
Our catalogue lists the three-phase Integ M models for commercial and large residential use, the MHT-25K-100 to MHT-50K-100. The figure after MHT is the AC power in kilowatts.
A storage-first line-up: rather than adding a battery port to string inverters, Solinteg designed its range around hybrids from day one, and the 25–50 kW models take up to 160% of their AC rating in panels. The trade-off is a short track record. A company founded in 2022 has little long-term field data, and service quality depends on the regional office or distributor.
The MHT models accept 1,000 V and track between 200 and 850 V on four trackers. With 50 V panels, a string of 17 stays under 1,000 V on a frosty morning and inside the window on a cold, bright day; 18 is the practical maximum only in mild climates.
Each tracker takes 30 A with a 40 A short-circuit limit, so it is designed for two strings in parallel. Two strings of 182 mm cell panels at about 13.5 A fit comfortably; two strings of 210 mm cell panels at 17–18 A exceed 30 A and the inverter clips, although their short-circuit current still stays under 40 A.
