aleo solar has been building solar modules in Prenzlau, in Brandenburg, since 2001, and is one of the few brands that still assembles panels in Germany rather than only branding them. The current range is LEO-N, built on n-type TOPCon cells, and it comes in two mechanically different forms: the framed L versions in a conventional 40 mm aluminium frame, and the S versions, only 17 mm thick, which sit inside the roof surface instead of on top of it — useful where a mounted array would look wrong or is not permitted. Within each form there are 96-cell and 108-cell sizes, covering 370-440 Wp. All of them share a low voltage temperature coefficient of -0.24 %/K, which means the panel loses less voltage as it heats up and holds output better on hot afternoons than most conventional modules. aleo backs the range with 30 years of product warranty and 30 years of linear performance warranty, still guaranteeing 87.4 % of rated output in the 30th year.
