HD Hyundai Energy Solutions Solar Panels

HD Hyundai Energy Solutions is the solar arm of South Korea's HD Hyundai group, spun off from Hyundai Heavy Industries in 2016 and headquartered in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, with photovoltaic manufacturing running since 2004. Listed on the Korea Exchange under code 322000, the company took its current name in 2023 and produces solar cells, monofacial, bifacial and shingled modules, inverters (PCS) and energy storage systems. Its flagship HeteroMax line uses N-type heterojunction (HJT) cells, including the bifacial glass-glass HeteroMax CE-BF(ZB) series at 450-470 W with a very low temperature coefficient and 90% bifaciality. Modules are certified to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 and the plants hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. HD Hyundai backs its panels with a 30-year product and 30-year performance warranty, and also develops and operates solar power plants worldwide.

HD Hyundai Energy Solutions specializes in N-type HJT heterojunction solar panels, notably the bifacial HeteroMax series, alongside inverters and utility-scale solar project development.
