Solar Fabrik GmbH took over the Solar Fabrik brand in 2016 and runs it from Laufach in Bavaria, where it develops its modules and holds Tier 1 status; since 2024 it has been building the Factory One plant in nearby Hoesbach to bring 250 MW of annual production back to Germany. Its range is built almost entirely on glass-glass bifacial modules with 2.0 mm panes and a 30-year product and performance warranty, which is unusually long for the market. The Mono S4 Halfcut BC Series is the flagship: 108 back-contact half-cells reaching 24.0% and 490 W, with a contact-free front, in Full Black, Black and White. Beside it sit the Mono S4 Quartercut Premium DE Series on 192 TOPCon 3.0 quarter-cells, the Trend line in Full Black, White, Guard and the 625 W White Project format, and Chroma Orange with copper-red front glass for facades that have to match the roof tiles. The Mono S5 Installer Series covers the awkward case of extending an older array: 285 W and 300 W modules in small 60- to 88-cell formats that fit next to panels nobody sells any more. The Mono S4 Halfcut Black-White and Black-Black lines are the exception to the glass-glass rule: glass-foil modules on PERC cells, 108 half-cells and 405–415 W, positioned as the low-cost entry point of the range.

Solar Fabrik specializes in glass-glass bifacial modules developed in Germany, from back-contact and TOPCon roof panels to coloured facade modules and small formats for extending older arrays.
